Dr. Calapai is trained in Internal Medicine and has spent the past thirteen years practicing preventive medicine for the industry leader in Age Management Medicine as its Chief Medical Officer. Before this association, she functioned as a highly respected and successful internist for two multi-specialty medical groups. She has joined our team as Medical Director of our Central Florida location.

She draws upon her extensive experience to identify the root causes affecting her patients’ health and employs best practices along with evidence-based therapies, to assist in improving quality of life as well as lowering the risk of developing chronic diseases.

Dr. Calapai received her medical degree from Nova-Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed training at the Miami Heart Institute and the Cleveland Clinic. She received Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 2001 and was certified in the practice of Age Management Medicine in 2007. She has presented lectures at several local and regional medical conferences on age management and health maintenance.

She originally hails from New York but has been a resident of Florida since 1990. Lives with her fiancé and is the proud owner of seven felines.

 

Dr. Calapai is currently the medical director for the following Liquivida Wellness Centers: Coral Springs, Palm Beach Gardens, and Pembroke Pines.
