What is nutrient or infusion therapy?

Most people use infusion therapy because they are not getting the proper amount of nutrients through their diet alone. Nutrient infusion therapy is a safe and effective way to receive your vitamins, minerals and other nutrients directly into your bloodstream. Treatment sessions typically last 30-45 minutes and will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

What are the benefits of IV therapy? Are there any side effects?

Taking oral vitamins can only lead to a 30 percent absorption rate, which isn’t ideal for individuals who aren’t getting enough vitamins as it is. However, IV therapy allows nutrients to be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream for maximum benefits.

What do I need to know about Liquivida®?

Liquivida Lounge® started as a concept at a Coconut Creek medical spa in 2013 and hasn’t stopped growing since. People prefer alternative medical solutions to live longer, healthier lives.

This logic drove Broward firefighter and paramedic, Samael Tejada, to open Liquivida Lounge®—his second business venture in the health and wellness industry.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sam envisioned a lounge offering preventative medicine in a modern spa-like environment to relax the mind and replenish the body. In 2014, Sam partnered with a board-certified physician, Dr. Samuel Hess, to act as Liquivida®’s Medical Director, opening Liquivida®'s first vitamin IV therapy storefront lounge in Fort Lauderdale in the Galt Mile oceanfront area of Oakland Park Boulevard.

Sam confirms that: "People want to fight stress and poor nutrition to obtain energy and vitality. The problem is most people don’t have the tools, thinking that only over-the-counter vitamins and supplements is the way. This is not the case."
